The next generation of singers, performers and dancers are important to us.

In association with SCC education Dept., we have organised a series of events where
schoolchildren can dance traditional country dances, hear East Anglian Folk songs and see the Morris danced.

We hope to inspire them to keep our traditions alive.

The Festival was entirely resourced by ESMM and funded by the Committee of the Felixstowe Folk Festival - thanks to them. Our Musicians formed a band - "Billy's Boys" to play the music for country dancing. Dave Andrews sang the songs and the MC & Caller was Dick Thornborrow.
